A nice lady serving food asked if I won, seeing clearly I was being ignored so went up to Mark the bingo caller. I won on flower power, shouted loud very clearly and held my ticket up high but was ignored as he just focused on the other winner on a max, he asked if there were any more claims and I shouted again still holding my sheet up high but again ignored. From the moment I walked in there was a terrible atmosphere, the lady who sells the books was rude and unfriendly.
